For fifteen years, Ms. Spencer worked in the Detroit Public School system, teaching both children and adults. Since leaving the school system, school districts and publishing companies nationwide have benefited from her enthusiastic presentations, materials and insight.

She has authored several curriculum guides for major publishing companies. She is also responsible for producing, writing, and creating all the materials used in her workshops. What is truly unique is her ability to provide customized materials and training for all her clients.
